Empowering women in need

"Together we are protecting the future" is the driving philosophy behind our commitment to supporting our global communities. We believe that integrated thinking is needed to adapt to the pace of change and tackle the issues of our time - whether it's affordable housing, gender equality, or the rising cost of living. We believe traditional thinking gets traditional results and that's no longer good enough. Our clients deserve better.

Link Group gives back in three important ways, through our LinkTogether for Good (LTFG) community partners, employee giving that supports causes important to our people and contributing to emergency relief for extreme weather events such as bushfires or floods.

We do this by helping our local LTFG community partners across the education sphere located in UK, India, Ireland and Australia. Our partners are supported by dedicated LTFG teams comprised of employees who volunteer their time to drive engagement and champion LTFG at a local level.

On a recent trip to India, Link Group leaders joined LFTG committee members on a visit to the SPRJ Kanyashala Trust. For almost a century, the Trust has supported underprivileged women throughout India by providing access to free or subsidised education to equalise socio-economic participation through liberation and empowerment.

The Trust’s school educates disadvantaged girls that come from the slums, starting from kindergarten through to achieving a Masters' qualification. During the visit, our leaders and the LFTG committee were given a tour of the premises by the trustees, principal and key teachers. They were also able to discuss the school’s program in more detail.

Link Group supports the Trust in many ways. Last year, we donated a smartboard and made contributions toward their human development lab. The key purpose of the lab is to help women build life skills, confidence and resilience to complement the acceleration of their education and future employment. This is a strong foundation to build a diverse and healthy future workforce for years to come.
